Energy Company – Polyester Sling

A global energy giant headquartered in Italy approached us requesting polyester slings in field-specific load capacities and lengths not covered by our standard product catalog, needed for the safe on-site handling of power plant equipment. Both the weight and the delicate geometry of the equipment made direct use of standard round slings a safety risk.

As a result, we developed a series of round slings with abrasion-resistant custom protective sleeves that met the safety factor requested by the customer. The products were delivered to the site together with test reports compliant with international standards, and have since been used as a reference product in the customer's ongoing projects.
